At Firefly Counseling Services, I am dedicated to guiding individuals through the complexities of life with compassion and expertise. With significant experience in addressing relationship challenges, parenting nuances, and achieving a healthy work/life balance, I understand the unique struggles my clients face. I am equipped to support you in overcoming health crises such as, panic, depression, stress, and trauma. Together, we will illuminate the path towards healing and personal growth.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice. Treatment starts with reviewing your current coping skills and exploring new skills to implement into your daily routine. We'll look at how thoughts affect emotions and consider how to change thoughts to improve emotional well-being. Your experiences are highly valued and considered with a compassionate and professional approach.
